    5. Discussion and consideration of hiring CGLS Construction in the amount of $2,750.00 to replace front entrance sidewalk and pave sidewalk at back entrance to 9S Main.
    6. Discussion and consideration in directing the City Administrator/Clerk to publish the proposed Fiscal Year 2025 budget and setting a Public Hearing for Monday, April 29th, 2024, at 6:00 PM on the adoption of Fiscal Year 2025 budget.

Closed/Executive Session per Iowa Code 21.5(1)(j) to discuss the purchase or sale of particular real estate only where premature disclosure could be reasonably expected to increase the price the City would have to pay for that property or reduce the price the City would receive for that property.
