     A. Discussion and consideration on closing the 200 block of S. Main Street for the All Cardinal Class Reunion/Community Event which will have live music, vendors, food and more from approximately 11AM until midnight on July 15, 2023, and allowing music outdoors until midnight

     B. Discussion and consideration to close off the 100 block of S. Main St. for Music, Motors & Market on Main on the 3rd Thursday of the month from May to September of 2023

     C. Discussion and consideration in moving forward with the K&W Coatings LLC quote for painting the water tower

     D. Discussion and consideration in spending the library savings funds on a copy machine

     E. Discussion and consideration in setting a Public Hearing for Monday, May 15, 2023, at 6PM on the proposed contract documents and estimated costs for completing the recreation trail from Fayette to Volga State Park

     F. Discussion and consideration to appoint someone to fill vacancy on the city council

     G. Resolution 2023-14 Cell Tower Agreement Contract

     H. Closed/Executive Session per Iowa Code 21.5(1)(j) to discuss the purchase or sale of particular real estate only where premature disclosure could be reasonably expected to increase the price the City would have to pay for that property or reduce the price the City would receive for that property.
