     A. Resolution 2023-17 – Resolution accepting the agreement between the city of Fayette, Iowa, and Fehr Graham Engineering and Environmental to provide professional services for the Liquid Chlorination permit application for the Iowa Department of Natural Resources

     B. Discussion and consideration in having the city of Fayette trail in the open air park a site for the Turkey River Safari

     C. Discussion and consideration in removing Patricia Potratz from all the city of Fayette bank accounts and safe deposit box and adding Nathan Post to all the city of Fayette bank accounts and safe deposit box

     D. Discussion and consideration in requiring two city employees or city officials named on the bank accounts to be present and sign the withdrawal slip for cash withdrawals from any of the city bank accounts

     E. Discussion and consideration in cashing in cities certificate of deposits (CD’s) and reinvesting the funds in higher interest certificate of deposits as well as investing other city funds into certificate of deposits
